Delete account

1. Delete from the FXTools app (fastest)

1. Open FXTools and sign in.
2. Go to More → Profile → Account.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

This removes your sign-in account and associated profile data from FXTools.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email support@rareintelligence.ai from the same address registered on your FXTools account.

Include:

1. Subject: FXTools account deletion request
2. The email address of the account to delete
3. A short confirmation that you want the account and associated data removed

We will verify ownership and process the request. Typical turnaround is within a few business days (and within the timelines required by Google Play / Apple App Store policies).

3. What we delete

When your account is deleted we remove authentication credentials and profile data tied to that account (preferences, alerts, AI history, scores, support tickets you created, and related app data we store for your user ID). Aggregated or anonymized analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. Legal or fraud records may be kept only where required by law.

4. Subscriptions (Pro)

Deleting your FXTools account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel Pro in the store first: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or iOS Settings → Subscriptions.
